The Persil Liquid laundry detergent is a new product from the Unilever-owned brand, and part of its Clean Future initiative to help provide consumers with a range of sustainable household solutions. The detergent is made with plant-based stain removers along with biodegradable ingredients and is a direct response to consumer feedback and growing desires for eco laundry options. The packaging is achieved with 100% recyclable plastic along with a concentrated formula that is 23% less than previous options and thus capable of reducing 19% of the trucks needed to ship it every year.
