Pennington's latest social media contest invites the eco brand's Facebook fans to battle for the best lawn or garden. The 'Lawn & Garden Envy' sweepstakes requires Pennigton's Facebook fans to post a photo of their garden while competing against other lawn enthusiasts. The winner with the greenest and most photogenic garden will be named on October 25th and will be the recipient of a $250 National Home Retailer gift card and an additional prize pack filled with Pennington's products.
In addition to submitting an image of their lawn, Facebook fans are also required to answer questions about their favourite home-grown dish and most beloved outdoor space. Appealing to its target demographic -- boomers with an appreciation for gardening and home-cooked meals -- Pennington's appeals to mass audiences with a social media contest that is both memorable and engaging.
