Spicy Pear Cocktails

Pear Bureau Northwest & Tajín Concocted a Recipe for National Cocktail Day

For National Cocktail Day, Pear Bureau Northwest teamed up with Tajín to create a spicy pear cocktail recipe combining muddled fruit, zesty citrus and fan-favorite chili-lime seasoning.

Although some of the traditionally inspired beverage recipes made with Tajín include spicy margaritas and mangonadas, and this deliciously different option was created to inspire consumers to use fresh pears and Tajín in creative ways. “Fresh USA Pears and Tajín are a perfect complement to each other, and are a combination many people haven’t tried yet," said Eric Patrick, Tajin produce partnership brand manager.

The recipe can be prepared with or without vodka to create a cocktail or mocktail, and the collaborating brands invited fans to submit their best name for the nameless concoction to win popular Tajin Variety Packs and pear gift boxes.
