Elmhurst's Plant-Based Protein Shakes are Made with Minimal Ingredients

At Natural Products Expo East this year, Elmhurst is introducing a new line of Peanut Protein Shakes that feature 20 grams of plant-based protein and just five or six simple ingredients—as such, the new product is being touted as "the cleanest protein shake on the planet."

The nourishing Peanut Protein Shakes are being made available to consumers in a range of flavors, including options such as Chocolate Banana, Cafe Mocha and Vanilla Bean. For the utmost convenience, the beverages are packed into resealable, shelf-stable 12-ounce cartons.

While Elmhurst Dairy was founded in 1925 and the company got its start selling milk from cows, the business has undergone a complete transformation and now produces a wide range of innovative, non-dairy milk alternatives.
