The PCNC 440 is Targeted Towards Prototyping and Small-Scale Work

The PCNC 440 is an all-new personal mill developed by none other than Tormach, the company that has been making a name for itself for developing and producing affordable CNC (computer numerical control) machines. This particular contraption was shown off at the World Maker Faire in New York.
This personal mill is small and compact in size, which gives away its target market. The PCNC 440 is not meant for massive projects but more so for smaller prototype work, and is expected to cater to inventors, educators and people involved in specialty manufacturing sectors.
Ultimately, there is an undeniable need for more CNC milling technology outside of the realm of traditional manufacturing, and the PCNC 440 aims to fulfil that role.
