The 80s revival has been omnipresent lately; Patrick Mattison’s ‘Jacquelyn and Emilie’ shoot shows how these themes are incorporated outside of the mainstream—with bright pink hair and matching aqua makeup and hair accessories, as a start.
In this Patrick Mattison set, Jacquelyn and fellow model Emilie show how 80s looks have been given a subculture twist. Instead of neon sunglasses and clothing, Jacquelyn’s neon is all in her hair, eye makeup and accessories. Rather than thigh-to-ankle tattered leggings, Emilie’s only feature a few rips above the knee and are covered by knee-high boots.
