The 'Paper Razor' Minimizes Plastic Use by 98%

Disposable razors often feature a completely plastic construction, so the 'Paper Razor' has been developed by the Kai Group in Japan to offer a distinctly more sustainable alternative.

The razor features a folding design that comes flatpacked and requires the consumer to do a bit of construction in order to use it. This includes folding the handle as instructed before starting to shave, which is further enhanced thanks to a resilient paper that can withstand encounters with water.

The 'Paper Razor' minimizes up to 98% of plastic traditionally used with disposable razors and is designed with avid travelers in mind. The razor weighs in at just four-grams, comes in five color options and is no more than 5mm in thickness.
