Coastal communities are expected to experience quite a change in topography as sea levels continue to rise due to climate change, which is exactly what the Pakhuset Braunstein taphouse is intended to accommodate. Designed by Adept, the building is constructed with a series of components that can be disassembled and moved or repurposed when the time comes. This is positioned as far more eco-friendly and sustainable, while also helping to extend the life of resources that are ready to be used in another way.
The Pakhuset Braunstein taphouse is suited for disassembly, but is also capable of being easily repaired thanks to the modular components that can be swapped out for new ones when they reach end of life.
