Trader Joe's Organic Watermelon Fruit Spread is a jam-like spread made from watermelons. 60% of the recipe is made up of organic watermelon purée, which gives it that real watermelon taste. The spread is then sweetened with organic cane sugar, fruit pectin is added for consistency, and the whole thing is finished with tart organic cherry juice concentrate. "The resulting Spread is as sweet, summery & refreshing as the melon itself," Trader Joe's explains.
