The two new soups includes the Summer Pea, Coconut and Turmeric as well as the Gazpacho Andaluz with Cucumber and Red Pepper. As mentioned, both of the soups are able to be enjoyed hot or cold, which makes them ideal for eating as a lunch or other meal, or sipped as an alternative beverage snack option.
The Tideford Organics vegetable soups were explained by the managing director for the brand, Lynette Sinclair, when she said, "As a dedicated ethical and organic producer, the move to vegan was the obvious next step. The evidence of the impact we could make by removing meat and dairy from our recipes, both nutritionally and environmentally, was too compelling to ignore and we wanted to do our bit to help."
