The milk-based Breakfast Cream with Pistachio Purée promises to have the same rich taste as cream, but as a lighter alternative with fewer calories and a satisfying pistachio flavor. While there are many dairy alternatives being created with a base of nuts, this one uses nuts to create a new kind of creamy dairy hybrid. As a breakfast spread, the Pinar Dairy Company recommends consuming this nut spread alongside traditional foods like kunafeh, baklava and other thin or flat breads.
