NotCo and Aeromexico have announced a new partnership that will see the food technology brand working with the airline to provide passengers in Premier and Premier One Class with a plant-based meal option on their next flight. The partnership will see travelers able to preorder the NotBurger from now until May 31 with caramelized onions, NotCheese in a manchego flavor and a side of wedge fries. The meal is available on the Aeromexico Preselect Menu that enables travelers to pick their meal up to 24-hours before their flight.
The NotCo and Aeromexico partnership comes as part of a growing number of collaborations between airlines and plant-based food brands in a bid to surprise and delight passengers with modern meal options.
