Beachfront Villa Retreats

The NOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA Adds the CHILL 2.0 and COAST Villas

The NOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA expansion introduces the CHILL 2.0 and COAST villas, designed by Shin Ohori of GENERAL DESIGN to complement the resort's subtropical beachfront setting in Miyazaki. CHILL 2.0 is a third-floor maisonette accommodating up to six guests with two ocean-facing bedrooms, a 21-meter infinity pool, a floating outdoor lounge with a sunken sofa and fireplace, and an integrated bath, sauna, and cold plunge. The expansion also adds a skateboard park and landscaped green spaces to the property.

COAST is a duplex villa for up to four guests that combines a private swimming pool with a secluded garden on an oceanfront site. One of the four COAST residences is designed to accommodate guests with dogs, while the living room features 3.2-meter ceilings that enhance the open interior. The expansion also includes a renovated ocean-facing LDK restaurant designed by Ryu Kosaka of A.N.D., further extending the resort's shared amenities.
