Norwegian Presence’s Matter Explores Norway’s Resources

Norwegian Presence seeks to showcase the best out of Norway’s architecture and design scenes on a global level. As part of the upcoming Milan Design Week, Norwegian Presence 2022 "will take place beneath the spectacular mural ceiling of Galleria Milano in Brera."

This year, the exhibition—called 'Matter'—spotlights 10 Norwegian designers with outstanding portfolios. Each participant was specially invited by Design and Architecture Norway (also known as DOGA) for his/her/their uniquely progressive vision. The Matter by Norwegian Presence exhibition is curated this year by Kråvik and D'Orazio, a creative studio based in Oslo. The duo has focused on presenting an eclectic exploration of the country's natural resources that so boldly inform the style of what we globally understand as Norwegian design.
