Budweiser's Super Bowl ad mocked craft beer and the people who drink it, a fact that did not sit well with several craft beer breweries, Ninkasi Brewing among them.
The Oregon-based brewery created a snarky retaliation video that really hit the nail on the head, asking, "If you're not drinking beer for the taste, then what are you drinking it for?" , all while a mustached hipster pours a can of Budweiser over his head. Ah, how refreshing! The ad finishes off by directly addressing Budweiser, saying, "You can enjoy your golden suds. Pass us a pumpkin ale!"
If you're a craft beer enthusiast who didn't enjoy the shade Budweiser threw last weekend, you'll definitely get a kick out of this video by Ninkasi Brewing.
