Nike introduces the Next Generation Flyknit material coated over the uppers of four iconic silhouettes from the label. The elevated fabric made its first debut as a part of Toronto Raptors player DeMar DeRozan's on-court emsemble. The Flyknit material is traditionally constructed by knitting a flat upper, then latching onto a midsole to craft the shape of the footwear. Now, to deliver an elevated technology, the shoe's upper is constructed in a full 360-degree form, which coats itself around the entire foot's silhouette. This assists in providing security and control for athletes during movement.
The Next Generation Flyknit is designed to improve the levels of durability and advance mobility. Currently, the new material wraps around the Nike Kobe NXT 360 silhouette, the Mercurial Vapor 360, the Mercurial Superfy 360, and the Free RN Motion 360.
