Caribou Coffee made it snow at the Basilica Block Party music festival to promote their new Caribou Coolers. Snow fell on the crowd as Caribou passed out their new blended iced coffee beverages to festival-goers.
Caribou Coffee collaborated with Street Factory Media and Legend PR to make it snow at the summer rock music festival, which draws a crowd of about 25,000 people. The brand took over the event's Jumbotron to show a short clip featuring three of its new Caribou Coolers with the caption "Stay Cool Minneapolis." Festival goers appeared to enjoy the snow-based publicity stunt that added a fun atmosphere to the music festival.
The use of snow machines cleverly got the crowd hyped for the free Caribou Cooler samples being passed around and is a memorable ad campaign for festival-goers.
