The sandwich starts with a toasted cornbread roll, which is topped with slow-smoked USDA Choice beef brisket that's been freshly sliced and doused in spicy Nashville Hot seasoning. The meat is also accompanied by spicy pickle chips, mayo, melted pepper jack cheese, and a sweet and tangy slaw. The result is a firey, yet flavorful, sandwich with a medium-hot level of spice. For even more heat, customer can add extra cherry peppers or one of the brand's 25+ complimentary hot sauces.
