Fresh Mozzarella Flatbreads

Potbelly is Serving Up Its New Mozzarella Flats This Summer

Summer is here and Potbelly is celebrating with its new Mozzarella Flats. Like many other brands, Potbelly's new offerings cater to the consumer demand for summer dishes that are on the lighter and fresher side.

As part of its limited-time summer menu, Potbelly has rolled out two new Mozzarella Flats. The first is the Tomato Mozz, which tops a toasted flatbread with fresh mozzarella and provolone cheeses, juicy tomatoes, crisp spinach, an earthy basil pesto, and a bit of balsamic drizzle. The Chicken Tomato Mozz contains the same ingredients, but also features some juicy grilled chicken breast for extra protein.

For dessert, Potbelly customers can sink their teeth into the new Lemon Cheesecake Cookie.
