For those unfamiliar, Piada Italian Street Food's Piada's are hand-rolled, Italian-style wraps filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The new Caprese Piada is the latest variation to join the Piada lineup, and this time it takes inspiration from a classic Italian summer dish. The new handheld meal consists of slow-roasted golden tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, crunchy arugula, a sweet balsamic glaze, and basil pesto.

The creamy mozzarella used in the new wrap is made from Wisconsin sweet cream by BelGioioso, and Piada Italian Street Food is allowing guests to add this creamy, cheesy topping to any Piada menu item for only $0.99 this summer.
