Hopi Hari's Ads Make Use of Angela Hendricks' Mother-Daughter Art

Last year, the mother-daughter art by Angela Hendricks and her four-year-old daughter set the Internet on fire, since the surreal series blended imaginative childlike whimsy with the talents of the professional illustrator.

Now, this ad series for the Hopi Hari amusement park in Brazil makes use of the mother-daughter series, reiterating how much fun parent and child can have together by spending a day together at the park. The drawings are perfect at achieving that mix of realism and fantasy, which expresses fun for both kids and adults who are really just big kids at heart. Not much has been changed from the original drawings, but the vivid ads do note that mothers can enter the park free on Mother's Day, which makes it a great place for thrill-seeking moms and kids to visit.
