M&M’s Mint Crunchy Cookie is a new product development (NPD) from the Mars-owned brand that embraces confectionery flavor to capture the attention of curious shoppers this fall.
The product features the signature composition of the brand's original candies, but sees each piece paired with a cookie-based interior. The confectionery flavors of smooth chocolate and crunchy cookies are accented by notes of mint flavor as a nod to the classic flavor pairing. This also helps to augment the indulgence level of the candy by freshening up its profile to be less cloying.
M&M’s Mint Crunchy Cookie candies are launching as a Walmart exclusive where shoppers will be able to pick them up starting in September. This positions them well as we head into the cooler weather snacking season.
