The mini Chanel bikini recently worn by model Miranda Kerr is making quite an impression in the world of fashion. Surprisingly enough, it isn't really a modern invention. It is a tribute to the original strappy bra that was made famous by British model Stella Tennant. In fact, the 'cups' that cover the Australian beauty's assets have been made slightly bigger than its predecessor.
Donned for an i-D magazine short film covering its favourite slogans over 33 years of covers, the A to Z of Wink, the mini Chanel bikini is incredibly provocative for all that it covers. It comes as no shock that Kerr rocks it beautifully, in spite of her girl next door appeal. Perhaps she's just trying to spice things up post Orlando Bloom.
