Public School Introduces a Mi Electric Scooter Inspired by Cabs

Public School introduces a collaborative project done alongside China-based electronics label Xiaomi -- the duo drops a new iteration of the brand's very own Mi Electric Scooter. The scooter is adorned in design cues that are true to Public School's original aesthetics, as it boasts a minimalist color palette. The hues that decorate the hi-tech piece include a blend of dark grey and anthracite, standing out with a checkerboard pattern design seen across the frontal tube.

Additional details include PSNY motifs in a bright white hue and touches of vibrant red are seen across the braking system and wheel wires. The main design inspiration behind this collaborative project is drawn from New York City taxi cabs, seen through its checker patterns.
