Extravagantly Expensive Fridges

The Meneghini La Cambusa Refrigerator Costs a Whopping $40,500

At a cool $40,500, Meneghini La Cambusa is the Rolls-Royce of refrigerators. In fact, it is so extravagant that it doesn't even look like a fridge whereas a Rolls-Royce can't disguise its distinctive 'car-ness.' Instead, it looks like a stunning cabinetry set.

Behind those shuttered doors, Meneghini La Cambusa hides away a gigantic fridge and freezer compartment as well as "a coffee maker, a fitted pantry or a double pantry, an ice-maker, a microwave oven, a steam oven and multi-function oven," according to Robeys, the refrigerator's manufacturer.

Available in ash wood treated in three aniline colours (ebony effect, pomegranat and colonial), ash-dyed aged oak and lacquered ash in various Ral and Woodcolor Sayerlack colours, the Meneghini La Cambusa fridge would make a wondrous customizable addition to any luxe kitchen.
