Tesla's 'Meet Model X' Brings the Car to 30 Locations in North America

In order to convince thousands of prospective buyers that staying on a waiting list for a Tesla vehicle is worth the wait, the electric car manufacturer set up the Meet Model X Tour. The tour is stopping at more than 30 locations across North America, providing reservation holders the chance to take the coveted vehicle for a test drive.

As well as impressing the drivers that had the chance to get behind the wheel, onlookers are also in for a treat for the eyes with the vehicle's impressive falcon wing doors.

In addition to boosting sales of the SUV-inspired Model X, the Meet Model X Tour has been a great stunt that's generated tons of positive media coverage for the brand. The New York Post recently quoted a customer who's been on Tesla's reservation list since 2012 who assures others: "The wait was totally worth it."
