Mediterranean Casual Dining Interiors

Sanayi313 Designed the Modern Cantinery Istinye Park

The Cantinery Istinye Park represents Sanayi313's thoughtful interpretation of Mediterranean casual dining. The studio curated a vibrant interior that effortlessly balances contemporary aesthetics with nostalgic charm.

Spanning 470 square meters and located in Istanbul's bustling Istinye Park shopping center, this third location maintains Cantinery brand continuity with existing outlets while introducing distinctive spatial qualities through carefully selected materials and artistic interventions. The design scheme employs a strategic material palette where glossy white ceiling planks and rhythmic globe lighting contrast with warm terrazzo flooring and rich wood paneling. A striking blue façade with complementary awning establishes strong street presence within the mall environment, while the entry sequence features curved glass and wood panel displays that offer tantalizing previews of the interior dining experience. Turkish artist Pınar Akkurt's façade artwork contributes cultural specificity, as well.
