McDonald's Pick 'n' Play was an experimental billboard that was installed in the city of Stolkholm, Sweden. This brilliant billboard is interactive and encourages customers outdoors to go into McDonald's for a bite. This is one clever marketing strategy that will have you saying "I'm Lovin' It."
The billboard is able to connect with users' smartphones without any downloads. The user is then prompted to pick their favorite McDonald's snack. Once he has chosen a snack, he then plays a game of ping pong on the billboard using his smartphone as a control. If he wins the game, a coupon is automatically sent to his phone that allows him to attain his favorite snack for free.
The McDonald's Pick 'n' Play billboard is a genius mcmarketing strategy.
