McDonald's McMistakes Encourages Young People to Apply

When it comes to its recruiting process, McDonald's motto is "Hire on attitude, train on skills," and this becomes apparent in its latest print campaign titled 'McMistakes.'

The simple ads appear similar to typical product images, however each one features a big mistake. Upon closer inspection, the viewer will note that there's fries inside of a McFlurry cup, ice cream inside of a Big Mac container and a burger inside of a fries container. The bottom of the advertisement reads "Students Wanted. No Experience Needed."

This simple but effective ad campaign encourages young people to apply for roles within the fast food establishment, and reinforces the idea that experience isn't required to become a great employee.
