Celebrity Jerky Connoisseur Campaigns

Olivia Munn is a Master Jerky Sommelier for Chef's Cut

Olivia Munn has held many titles — daily show host, comedian, voice actor, and movie star, to list a few — but the celebrity can now add another name to her resume: master jerky sommelier. The uncommon (or, more accurately, fictional) title comes as Munn adds her name to the list of celebrity equity owners behind's Chef's Cut, including former MLB slugger David Ortiz, NFL linebacker Von Miller, and pro golfer Kyle Reifers.

For Munn's part, the actress joins a campaign to amend jerky's reputation as a low brow snack. On National Jerky Day 2017, Chef's Cut and Munn partnered to turn a humble Los Angeles gas station into a steakhouse-inspired 'Gastro Station' that showed off the artisanal craft behind Chef's Cut Real Jerky dehydrated meat.

Munn also takes a turn in a promotional video showing off her new status as master jerky sommelier. In the promo, Munn goes back to her comedy roots with a tongue-in-cheek humblebrag about her jerky aficionado skills.
