If you have a handful of unused Mason jars collecting dust in your cupboards then turn them into upcycled Mason jar lights with this tutorial by Leaf TV. Sophie Monet teaches you how to turn an old Mason jar into a swanky pendant light.
Begin by removing the Mason jar lid and cutting a small circle into it using a hammer and nail. Poke the small circle into the lid, pop it out and use sandpaper to dull the sharp metal edges. Now you can attach a lightbulb to the lid by screwing it directly onto the metallic cap. Attach the lightbulb to a long electrical cord the and hang the light from your ceiling.
