Toronto's Mahjong Bar is a Hidden Gem Behind a Bodega

Hidden gems are located everywhere, and one of Toronto's hottest spots is the Mahjong Bar, located on the east end of Toronto. Owned by Joshua Leblanc, Emily Blake, Kyle Wong, and Andrew Perry, Mahjong Bar is a place for both dining and drinking, tucked behind a pink-hued bodega. The unique space takes on a Chinese-inspired aesthetic and was designed in collaborative works with Grey North Design. It has a captivating 36 foot tall custom mural painted by local artist, Gabriella Lo. The space is 2,000 square feet, illuminated with glowing neon lights and intricate design details.

Mahjong Bar offers a comprehensive drink and food menu, with 10 taps of cider and beer, wine selection, a list of cocktails, and the food menu is only available from 5PM to 12AM.
