Magic Leap's Augmented Reality Headset's Features Are Shown In This Video

Magic Leap, a mysterious company of whom little is known except for the fact that they are manufacturing a head-worn augmented reality device, has released this simulated video to advertise what the user experience might look like when using the product.

From whatever little is known about Magic Leap's headset, it appears that is similar to the Microsoft Hololens in that is capable of creating the illusion of 3D objects in the user's field of view. However, Magic Leap uses a proprietary technology to do this, beaming a digital light field onto the user's retina.

This video is one of those things that looks like it belongs in some crazy sci-fi movie. However, the future is in fact here and once Magic Leap's headset comes out, you may be able to experience the kind of wonders portrayed in this teaser video.
