In collaboration with Maverick Helicopters, Las Vegas-based yoga company Silent Savasana is offering a new luxury yoga experience called 'HeliYoga: Limitless.'
As its name suggests, the yoga class involves boarding a chopper and taking to the skies and setting up one's mat high up on the red rocks of Nevada’s Valley of Fire State Park for 75 minutes of practice. Due to the nature of the experience, classes are capped at six students. True to the style of Silent Savasana, students are each given a wireless headset, which provides a teacher's instructions and a playlist to inspire easy movements between poses. The luxury yoga class is culminated with a glass of champagne.
As a fast-growing fitness and lifestyle movement, yoga is being introduced to special-interest groups through special classes that involve unique experiences with pets, beer, music or the great outdoors.
