The Long Studio by Saunders Architecture is a modern office space situated on Canada’s Atlantic coast. The architect has been commissioned to create seven architecture pieces by Fogo's Island Arts Corporation from the years 2010 to 2012.

The 130-sq-m structure appears to float atop its rocky surrounding landscape, tracing its neighbouring mountainous hillside. The linear architecture piece faces incredible ocean views and is designed with both aesthetics and function in mind.

From its rough pine facade to its sleek and smooth interior finishes, this modern studio space is equipped with a wood-burning stove, kitchenette area, sink, compost toilet, shower and an elevated sleeping area loft space. The Long Studio by Saunders Architecture is designed with sustainability and purpose in mind. The amazing structure mirrors its gorgeous natural surroundings while retaining its modern and innovative design concept.
