Harman launched its new Live Interactive Virtual Expicne, or L.I.V.E platform, which was designed specifically for in-car concerts which have become a popular way to attend events safely.
During the pandemic, many artists have started to do drive-in shows and Harman created the L.I.V.E platform to improve the experience for the audience. The platform runs on 5G, which gives audience members live access to lyrics, musical information, and the ability to access different camera angles. Other features include the ability to interact with the artists and make song requests or vote on what songs will be played.
Harman, the Samsung Subsidiary Company, also stated that the platform can have other applications beyond in-car concerts, like mobile or desktop apps.
