Irish toy company Lottie Dolls celebrates activist Sinéad Burke with the creation of the world's first-ever little person doll. The doll is a replica of the Dublin activist and is a limited edition design that officially launched on World Dwarfism Awareness Day.
Sinéad Burke has achondroplasia, which is the most common form of dwarfism, standing at 3'5 feet tall. The replica doll is dressed in a pair of red shoes and a red dress, inspired by the activist's captivating outfit that she wore to the Elle 2018 awards. The little person doll is complete with the same torso and head proportions to Burke, with attentive detail to the smaller legs, hands, and arms as well to authentically capture the proportions of someone with Achondroplasia.
