Johan Kauppi Designs LimbusBarn & Fences for Open Offices

Designer Johan Kauppi works alongside Glimarkra of Sweden to create a collection of pavilions and dividers. The offerings help with dividing spaces and acoustics within open office concepts. The LimbusBarn & Fences project takes inspiration from winter landscapes in Swedish Lapland and the barn shelters within the snow. The designs are made to still keep office spaces open, but provide better noise control and flexibility of space. The pavilion is not completely closed off as the panels allow workers to see through it.

The pavilion's dividers can be set at any angle to increase or decrease privacy or moved around for customized space control. The partitions are made to resemble real fences and are versatile enough to create rooms, hallways, or temporary spaces.
