Radically Transparent Treats

Lexington Bakes Lists Individual Ingredient Suppliers On-Pack

While there are many clean-label baked goods on the market that specifically speak to ingredient-conscious consumers, Lexington Bakes' cookies and brownies offer a new level of "radical ingredient transparency."

Lexington Bakes lists its ingredient suppliers on the back of its label, including TCHO Chocolate, Straus Family Creamery and Bob’s Red Mill. Due to cocoa supply chain issues, Lexington Bakes will no longer use Valrhona Chocolate in the coming months. The company is also being transparent about the switch from King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour to King Arthur white whole wheat flour because it contains more fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Lexington Bakes' transparency empowers consumers to make the best decisions aligned with their needs and goals, and supports more confident purchases.
