Hong Kong-Based Vegan Cheeses

Le FroMAge is the Inaugural Vegan Cheese Shop in Hong Kong

Le FroMAge is the very first entirely vegan cheese shop based in Hong Kong. It offers over 20 vegan cheeses that are all handcrafted, delivering innovative flavor palettes. It was founded by French chef Tina Barrat, who specializes in raw vegan foods.

The shop offers special cheeses that are handcrafted with zero dairies with the help of cashews and almonds. Some of the notable flavors include the truffle Shamembert, the gorgonzola-style North Pole Star, the peppercorn Cheddar Smoked Brie, and more. In addition to the vegan cheese options, the shop also offers all items that make up a cheeseboard with veganism in mind. There are keto bread, vegan caviar, chutneys, and vegan pate that is made from mushrooms.
