UMYUM was born out of necessity and experimentation with plant-based cheesemaking after co-founders Katherine and Baz Corden discovered their newborn’s dairy intolerance. Now, UMYUM serves up products like Monroe, a white-rind Camembert-style inspired by French classics, but made from the cashew kernel.
