The Kvaern+ Takes Inspiration from the Tesla Powerbank

With e-bikes rising in popularity around the world, Danish-based startup Kvaern is hoping to offer an alternative eco-friendly charging pack known as the Kvaern+. Designed as a stationary battery pack, the Kvaern+ relies solely on solar power generated during the day. The efficiency of the battery pack allows the riders to fully charge their e-bike and offers the possibility of riding 100% on solar energy.

Much like Tesla's Powerwall, the Kvaern+ is being marketed as a "cool" and innovative solution to power e-bikes. The battery pack is currently focused more on personal use, but much like the Tesla Powerwall, Kvaern is hoping their pack will be implemented into larger installations at public spaces.
