Fairy Tale-Themed Chocolates

Konnerup Was Inspired by a Famed Author for This Chocolate Collection

Hans Christian Anderson was a Danish author in the 19th century who wrote some of the stories that many of us are familiar with today, and the chocolate brand Konnerup & Co was inspired by his legacy.

The packaging for this collection was designed by 'Bessermachen Design Studio,' which wanted to "reinterpret the Hans Christian universe." Each chocolate is named after one of Hans' stories, including Thumbelina, The Little Match Girl, The Emperor's New Clothes and The Ugly Duckling. Each chocolate features intricate imagery that reflects the fairy tale that inspired its name. Flavors in the collection include lavender, cherry, milk chocolate, liquorice and more.

Konnerup & Co's use of a classic fairy tale author to inspire this collection makes sure that its product resonates with both children and adults.
