London's KitKat Pop-Up Let Fans Create Custom Confections

— January 25, 2017 — Marketing
This past fall, Londoners were given an opportunity to create the chocolate bar of their dreams at Nestlé's interactive KitKat pop-up.

Dubbed the 'KitKat Chocolatory,' the pop-up was held at The Street in Westfield Stratford City. Those who attended were given a chance to create their very own KitKat bar by choosing their base of choice (either white, milk or dark chocolate) and three delicious toppings from a high-tech touchscreen. There were 16 different 'sensational inclusions' to choose from, including pretzels, almonds and dried cherries.

For those unable to decide what toppings to choose, the KitKat pop-up also featured a selection of signature edition bars crafted by Michelin-starred chef Michael O'Hare. These specialty chocolate bars included decadent flavor combinations such as Chilli & Mint and Dandelion & Burdock.
