Kippy's organic non-dairy ice cream shop in California offers the kind of diet that many people with a sweet tooth dream about — an ice cream diet. Gizmodo's Brent Rose and his girlfriend inquired about the relatively new ice cream cleanse program from Kippy's, intrigued by the prospect of eating nothing but dessert for four days straight.
The ice cream from Kippy's is totally raw, coconut-based and sweetened with natural flavors. The cleanse itself has participants down five pints of ice cream a day, each of which is representative of an entire meal. To add some interest to the cleanse, there are a bunch of different flavors like Orange Crème, Dark Chocolate with Himalayan Fire Salt and Superfood Ice Cream.
