Cocktail-Inspired Beers

Tip Top Cocktails' Kindred Spirits Series Explores Brewery Collabs

Creative crossovers are taking over the beverage world, blurring the lines between mixology and brewing, and Tip Top Cocktails' Kindred Spirits is a brewery collaboration series that "reimagines classic cocktails through the lens of craft beer." In collaboration with five renowned breweries, Tip Top Cocktails explores some of its signature serves like the Whiskey Sour.

In early and mid-June, respectively, drinkers can look forward to sipping a Gin Barrel-Aged Bee’s Knees Imperial Sour Ale (featuring beer aged in gin barrels with lemon and honey syrups, juniper berries and milk sugar) created by WeldWerks Brewing Co. and the CosmoALE, Holy City Brewing's take on the Cosmopolitan as a crisp blonde ale. Throughout the summer, the cocktail-inspired beer series will also introduce a hard seltzer made with smoked citrus and an intensely fruited sour.
