Made with traditional ingredients like macaroni and cheddar cheese, the recipe also calls for chopped kimchi and a sac of mentaiko. Mentaiko, according to the blogger, is "cod (or pollock) roe, made spicy and red by way of marination with salt and red pepper" is both creamy and with a bit of spice to go with the kimchi pasta.
