DJ Kid Chameleon Turns an Old Mac into an Awesome Set Prop

— January 18, 2011 — Eco
Using an ancient Apple Macintosh Plus, a bicycle helmet and an ipod, Los Angeles-based DJ Kid Chameleon crafted a spectacular helmet for his live shows.

Kid Chameleon, who debuted the helmet in his last show, received a lot of attention for his creation. The helmet displays visual graphics and has a graphic visualizer, all controlled and powered through an iMac, a MIDI keyboard and a Wii remote.

The only thing that's questionable about this piece is how one would actually DJ with such a contraption on his face.
