This Kia advertisement has been made in order to raise awareness about the perils of distracted driving.

The largest offence for distracted driving is people on their cell phones, however, not far from that offence is people putting on their makeup while in their car. As people's lives get busier, many feel that they can save time and do their makeup en route to work. Unfortunately, that is incredibly dangerous and can hurt you, or someone in another vehicle.

This campaign is using a visual technique to raise awareness about this subject. Instead of posting scary photos of accidents, Kia has opted to take a more literal approach. The company uses a typical makeup product, like lipstick or mascara, and turns them into a deadly weapon like a bullet or dynamite.

This Kia advertisement has been designed to prevent distracted driving, and hopefully this technique has worked.
