The Kagiso store based in Johannesburg, South Africa was designed by the agency The Playground SA, and the space was inspired by the casual focus that the Kagiso brand has when it comes to the clothes and products it offers.

The small retail space has a long rectangular shape, with most of its products being lined up on one side of the store. The entire back wall of the store, along with its shelving, is inspired by a shipping container – coming in the form of pale wooden panels with little decor on them other than the clothes and accessories they display.

The Kagiso brand's rustic store aesthetic parallels the designs of the brand's casual and comfortable outdoor clothing.
